Refunds & ExchangesWe want you to love every Petite Luxe piece! However, at this stage we only offer refunds or exchanges for defective items or if we sent the wrong product. For returns/exchanges, items must be in their original condition, tucked safely in the dustbag, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

ShippingOrders over $250? Shipping is on us! Orders below $250? A flat $10 fee applies. Delivery Time: Your Petite Luxe goodies should reach you in 5–7 working days. Do bear with us if there’s a festive rush—magic takes a little longer sometimes! Courier: Our parcels are lovingly handed over to a third-party courier. Do note that Petite Luxe is not liable for any damage during transit. If your parcel unfortunately bounces back to us undelivered, a redelivery fee will apply.
